UK delivery
Standard delivery is 3–5 working days. Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched next working day where stock allows.
Cost
Delivery is calculated at checkout by weight. Orders over £500 qualify for free UK mainland delivery.
Free samples
Up to 4 samples are delivered free within 3–5 working days.
Receiving your order
Tiles are heavy and palletised for larger orders — please check goods on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours.
Tracking
You'll receive a dispatch email with tracking where available. You can also track orders in your account.
