Not quite right? Here's how returns and refunds work.
14-day right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel within 14 days of delivery and return goods within a further 14 days for a refund.
Condition
Returned tiles must be unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Whole, unopened boxes only — part boxes can't be refunded.
How to return
Email hello@tileshaven.ascottechnology.co.uk with your order number to start a return. Return delivery is at your cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the goods. Original delivery is refunded at the standard rate.
Faulty or damaged
Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund.
Samples
Free samples are non-returnable.
