These terms govern your use of Tiles Haven and any purchase you make from us.
Ordering
A contract is formed when we email you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. pricing error or out of stock) and will refund any payment in full.
Pricing & VAT
Prices are in GBP and include VAT at 20% unless stated. Delivery is charged at checkout; orders over £500 qualify for free UK delivery.
Products
Tile colour and texture vary by batch and screen — order a free sample before buying. We recommend ordering 10% extra for cuts and wastage.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Title to goods passes on full payment.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
