What we collect

Contact and order details you provide (name, email, phone, delivery and billing address).

Payment is processed securely by Stripe — we never store your full card details.

Usage data (pages viewed, device) where you consent to analytics cookies.

How we use it

To process and deliver your orders, samples and trade applications.

To send order confirmations, dispatch updates and, where you opt in, marketing.

To improve the website and prevent fraud.

Sharing

We share data only with providers who help us operate: Stripe (payments), Supabase (secure database), Resend (email), couriers for delivery, and Sentry (error monitoring). We never sell your data.

Retention

We keep order records as required for tax and accounting (typically 6 years). You can ask us to delete other personal data.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete or port your data, and object to or restrict processing. Email hello@tileshaven.ascottechnology.co.uk. You may also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
